HoJaiga provides concierge services for overseas Pakistanis, including but not limited to document procurement, property management, and personal errands in Pakistan.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of account information
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Making timely payments for services rendered
4. Service Fees and Payment
Service fees will be communicated upon request submission. Payment terms will be agreed upon before service commencement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Service Delivery
We strive to complete services within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including government processing times and unforeseen events.
6. Limitation of Liability
HoJaiga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
7. Privacy
Your use of Hojaiga's services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
