HoJaiga.com is a web based service operated by Cyberjee Systems, USA. We provide you a facility to get tasks done professionally in Pakistan at the locations where we offer our service. We try our best to provide you the best quality service in the shortest possible time, but there may be situations when these conditions are not met.

 

The user of HoJaiga.com services will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the operators of HoJaiga.com services against lawsuits, claims, costs associated with defense or accusations that result from the use of HoJaiga.com services.

 

The operators of HoJaiga.com services are not responsible for any damages whatsoever, including loss of information, interruption of business, personal injury and/or any delays, damage or consequential damage without limitation, incurred before, during or after the use of our services. Our entire liability, without exception, is limited to the customers' reimbursement of our service charges excluding any material purchased in exchange for the return of the services, all copies, registration papers and manuals must be returned back to the operators of HoJaiga.com services.

 

We may or may not hire third party companies or freelance individuals to perform the required tasks and do not guarantee against any damages or similar incidents. We suggest owner's or owner's representative's presence at the point of service provision.
